Storm doors, as well as front and back doors, are voted on and approved by the board. There is only one option for storm and front doors; however, the back interior doors do have a couple of options available. Currently, all doors are available through Menards and can be found at these links:

What type of lightbulb should I use in my exterior entrance fixture?

All exterior entrance fixtures at The Manor will now use a 60-watt, 800-lumen, 3000K outside-rated LED bulb. This standard ensures consistent lighting across the property, better visibility at night, and energy efficiency.

Will the HOA provide the bulbs?

Yes! If you need a replacement bulb, the HOA will provide one at no cost to you.

What if my fixture doesn’t currently use a bulb?

Over the course of September and October 2025, we will be replacing fixtures that do not currently use bulbs with new ones that do. This will make sure every unit has a consistent, well-lit entrance.

Why are we standardizing bulbs?

Using the same type of bulb helps keep our community looking uniform, improves safety, and makes maintenance easier for everyone.
